The carrying on any of the objects of the A.C.T. shall not involve carrying on of any business or trade or any activity for profit. In the event of winding up of the A.C.T., the assets and liabilities of the A.C.T. shall be handed over to another Trust or Institution with a similar object and recognised as public charitable trust or institution, should not be distributed to any individual or members or to trustees.
